I’m all about being fit and healthy that’s why I tried Chloe Ting’s 2-week Shred.
This wasn’t my first time doing one of Chloe’s programmes, however, it was the first time I did it consistently and to completion, all thanks to my dedicated workout buddy.
The great thing about Chloe Ting’s 2-week shred (and most of her programmes from what I’ve seen) is that all you need is yourself and a yoga mat ( a can-do spirit goes a long way too).
FYI I started with the 2019 challenge but there’s a new 2021 version available on her website.
By the way, the programme is free and there are also recipes available on her website if you’re looking for healthy meals to supplement your workouts.
My Thoughts on Chloé Ting’s 2-Week Shred
I hadn’t been active for a while when my friend and I started so I was quite stiff and unfit. The very first workout was quite a challenge!
After that, it got way better, more challenging yet more fun!
The Chloé Ting 2-week shred is a 2-week workout programme designed to help you get into shape and depending on how fit you are when you start, you could end up with a 6-pack lol. You can do the 2019 version.
I find the Chloe Ting 2-week shred program to be effective. I feel fitter and leaner already and if I was very strict about what I ate. I’d probably be seeing some definition in my abs by now.
The workouts were challenging enough that by the end of some days, I wanted to cry.
But I mean this in a good way…
Her programme gives you a full-body workout, so you’ll tone, shape and sculpt EVERYTHING! And oh, you’ll definitely feel the burn.
If you’re looking for a new workout programme to try then I recommend you give the Chloe Ting 2-Week Shred a try! You can do them in the comfort of your own home.
You can find all of her workout programmes on her website chloeting.com and on her YouTube channel.
After doing Chloe Ting’s 2-Weel shred, I feel stronger and leaner as well as closer to achieving my body goals.
REMEMBER if you actually want the best results from your workouts then you need to eat healthily.
